1. How We Protect Your Privacy

4. The Type of Information We Collect From You

5. What We Do With Your Information
We use your information to operate the Site’s business activities. For example, we may use this data to contact you about changes to the Site, new services or features offered by MindBodySpirit, or the data may be used by MindBodySpirit to resolve disputes, troubleshoot issues, and enforce the Site’s Terms and Conditions of Use.

Generally it is our policy that the Site will not provide any Personal Information to third parties, without your permission (the “General Policy of Disclosure”). However, there are some important exceptions to the General Policy of Disclosure that are described in the following paragraphs (the “Exceptions”):

C. From time to time, we may use third party suppliers to provide services on the Site (“Third Party Providers”). In such cases and circumstances, if a Third Party Provider wants to collect Personal Information, you will be appropriately notified before any Personal Information is collected by a Third Party Provider. You will never be required to provide Personal Information to a Third Party Provider, and the Site restricts the method and manner in which Third Party Providers may use Personal Information in the event that you voluntarily choose to provide Personal Information to Third Party Providers. In each and every case, under NO circumstances is a Third Party Provider allowed to sell, give or otherwise transfer ANY Personal Information to others.

6. User Names and Passwords
Your access to parts of the Site may be protected by a user name and a password. Do not give your password to anyone. If you enter a section of the Site that requires a password, we strongly urge that you log out when you leave the Site. As a general safety precaution, it is always prudent to close out of your web browser completely when logging off from any secured Internet site or area and re-open it before viewing other parts of the Internet.

7. Your Use of Information and Unsolicited Junk E-mail
If you obtain personally identifiable information about another Site user, you are not allowed to disclose this information to anyone else without the consent of the user AND the expressed written consent of this SIte.

Information you obtain from this Site about the Site or other Site users cannot be used by you or others to send unsolicited commercial email, i.e., SPAM, or to send unsolicited commercial communications via the Site’s posting or other communication systems. Unsolicited commercial communications on the Site’s posting or other communications systems is considered SPAM pursuant to the Site’s policy and will be deleted accordingly. Continued violation of the Site’s SPAM Policy as such will result in loss of Site access.

8. Your Voluntary Disclosure of Information to Third Parties Who Are Not the Site’s Content Providers
You may choose, at your sole and exclusive discretion, to provide Personal Information to Site visitors, or other third parties, who are not the Site’s Third Party Providers. The Site may use “autoresponders” to communicate with you by email. To protect your privacy, we will always use a verified opt-in system for such communications and you can always opt-out of such communications using the Links contained in each autoresponder message.
